What's Growing Now
My yard in Silver Spring is bursting out with all kinds of plants. The yard might not be very big or very productive with respect to food, but I have managed to introduce a diversity of plants over the last seven years. When I first moved in, there was a single dogwood, one red maple, a single red tulip, and a rhododendron. Now, it's lush and beautiful. Here are a few things that caught my eye today:
Cornflowers and Dandelions
Sweet Woodruff
Spiderwort
Moss Roses
Foxglove
Ferns
Bleeding Hearts
Ants on Peonies
Oregano
Wood Poppies
Solomon's Seal
Solomon's Seal
Fern
Euphorbia
Daisy Fleabane
